আল-ইনশিরাহ: 7

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer).

So, when you are free (from collective services), toil hard (in worship),

So, whenever you are free, strive in devotion,

So when thou art relieved, still toil

Therefore, when thou art free (from thine immediate task), still labour hard,

কাজেই তুমি যখনই অবসর পাবে, ‘ইবাদাতের কঠোর শ্রমে লেগে যাবে,

অতএব যখনই তুমি অবসর পাবে, তখনই কঠোর ইবাদাতে রত হও।

অতএব যখনই অবসর পাও সাধনা কর,

অতএব আপনি যখনই অবসর পান তখনই কঠোর ইবাদাতে রত হোন

অতএব, যখন অবসর পাও পরিশ্রম কর।

৭. অতঃপর যখন আপনি নিজ কাজ থেকে অবসর হবেন তখন আপনার প্রতিপালকের ইবাদাতে নিমগ্ন হোন।
