আল-হাশর: 15

[Theirs is] like the example of those shortly before them: they tasted the bad consequence of their affair, and they will have a painful punishment.

They are like their immediate predecessors (the Jews of Bani Qainuqa', who suffered), they tasted the evil result of their conduct, and (in the Hereafter, there is) for them a painful torment;

The example (of Banū NaDīr) is like those who were before them in near past, who tasted the evil consequence of their conduct, and for them (in the Hereafter) there is a painful punishment.

They are like those who tasted the evil consequences of their deeds a short while before. A grievous chastisement awaits them.

On the likeness of those (who suffered) a short time before them, they taste the ill-effects of their own conduct, and theirs is painful punishment.

Like those who lately preceded them, they have tasted the evil result of their conduct; and (in the Hereafter there is) for them a grievous Penalty;-

এরা তাদের (অর্থাৎ ইয়াহূদী বানু কাইনুকার) মত যারা এদের পূর্বে নিকটবর্তী সময়েই তাদের কৃতকর্মের কুফল আস্বাদন করেছে। তাদের জন্য আছে মর্মান্তিক শাস্তি।

তাদের অব্যবহিত পূর্বসূরিদের ন্যায়, যারা নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের কুফল আস্বাদন করেছে; আর তাদের জন্য রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক আযাব।

তাদের তুলনা তাদের পূর্বে যারা নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের শাস্তি আস্বাদন করেছে, এবং তাদের জন্যও রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।

এরা সে লোকদের মত, যারা এদের অব্যবহিত পূর্বে নিজেদের কৃতকর্মের শাস্তি ভোগ করেছে, আর তাদের জন্য রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।

এরা তাদের ন্যায়, যারা নিকট অতীতে নিজেদের কৃত কর্মের পরিণাম আস্বাদন করেছে। আর তাদের জন্য রয়েছে যন্ত্রণাদায়ক শাস্তি।

১৫. কুফরী ও শাস্তির ক্ষেত্রে এ সব ইহুদির উদাহরণ হলো কিছু কাল পূর্বেকার মক্কার মুশরিকদের ন্যায়। তারা নিজেদের কুফরীর নিকৃষ্টতম প্রতিফল আস্বাদন করেছে। ফলে বদর দিবসে তাদের মধ্যকার কাউকে হত্যা করা হয়েছে আবার কাউকে বন্দী করা হয়েছে। উপরন্তু তাদের জন্য পরকালে রয়েছে কঠিন শাস্তি।
