আল-মুজাদিলা: 10

Private conversation is only from Satan that he may grieve those who have believed, but he will not harm them at all except by permission of Allāh. And upon Allāh let the believers rely.

Secret counsels (conspiracies) are only from Shaitan (Satan), in order that he may cause grief to the believers. But he cannot harm them in the least, except as Allah permits, and in Allah let the believers put their trust.

Whispering (for sinful acts) comes from the ShaiTān (Satan), so that he may grieve those who believe, while it is not harmful to them in the least, except with Allah’s permission. And in Allah the believers must place their trust.

Whispering is an act of Satan, one that aims at causing grief to the believers; yet without Allah's leave no harm can be caused to them. So in Allah should the believers put all their trust.

Lo! Conspiracy is only of the devil, that he may vex those who believe; but he can harm them not at all unless by Allah's leave. In Allah let believers put their trust.

গোপন পরামর্শ হল মু’মিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেয়ার জন্য শয়ত্বান প্ররোচিত কাজ। তবে আল্লাহর অনুমতি ছাড়া তা তাদের কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারে না। মু’মিনদের কর্তব্য হল একমাত্র আল্লাহরই উপর ভরসা করা।

গোপন পরামর্শ তো হল মুমিনরা যাতে দুঃখ পায় সে উদ্দেশ্যে কৃত শয়তানের কুমন্ত্রণা মাত্র। আর আল্লাহর অনুমতি ছাড়া সে তাদের কিছুই ক্ষতি করতে পারে না। অতএব আল্লাহরই ওপর মুমিনরা যেন তাওয়াক্কুল করে।

শাইতানের প্ররোচনায় হয় এই গোপন পরামর্শ, মু’মিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেয়ার জন্য; কিন্তু আল্লাহর ইচ্ছা ব্যতীত শাইতান তাদের সামান্যতম ক্ষতি সাধনেও সক্ষম নয়। মু’মিনদের কর্তব্য হল আল্লাহর উপর নির্ভর করা।

গোপন পরামর্শ তো কেবল শয়তানের প্ররোচনায় হয় মুমিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেয়ার জন্য। তবে আল্লাহর অনুমতি ছাড়া শয়তান তাদের সামান্যতম ক্ষতি সাধনেও সক্ষম নয়। অতএব, আল্লাহ্‌র উপরই মুমিনরা যেন নির্ভর করে।

এ গোপন পরামর্শ তো কেবল শয়তানের পক্ষ থেকে হয়ে থাকে, মু’মিনদেরকে দুঃখ দেওয়ার জন্য। তবে শয়তান আল্লাহর ইচ্ছা ব্যতিরেকে তাদের কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারবে না। আর একমাত্র আল্লাহর ওপরই যেন মু’মিনরা ভরসা করে।

১০. পাপ, শত্রুতা ও রাসূলের অবাধ্যতার কাজে কানাকানি শয়তান কর্তৃক প্রলোভন ও তার চেলাদেরকে প্ররোচনা দেয়ার নামান্তর। যাতে করে মু’মিনদের অন্তরে দুশ্চিন্তা প্রবিষ্ট করে যে, তাদের জন্য ফন্দি আঁটা হচ্ছে। বস্তুতঃ আল্লাহর অনুমতি ও ইচ্ছা ব্যতীত শয়তান ও তার প্রলোভন কোন ক্ষতি করতে পারে না। মুমিনদের উচিৎ সর্ব বিষয়ে আল্লাহর উপর ভরসা করা।
