আস-সাজদা: 22

And who is more unjust than one who is reminded of the verses of his Lord; then he turns away from them? Indeed We, from the criminals, will take retribution.

And who does more wrong than he who is reminded of the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of his Lord, then he turns aside therefrom? Verily, We shall exact retribution from the Mujrimun (criminals, disbelievers, polytheists, sinners, etc.).

And who is more unjust than the one who was reminded of the verses of his Lord, then he turned away from them. Surely, We have to take vengeance upon the sinners.

And who is more unjust than he who is given good counsel through the Signs of his Lord and yet he turns away from them? Surely We will exact full retribution from such criminals.

And who doth greater wrong than he who is reminded of the revelations of his Lord, then turneth from them. Lo! We shall requite the guilty.

And who does more wrong than one to whom are recited the Signs of his Lord, and who then turns away therefrom? Verily from those who transgress We shall exact (due) Retribution.

তার চেয়ে বড় যালিম আর কে আছে যাকে তার প্রতিপালকের আয়াতসমূহ দিয়ে উপদেশ দান করা হলে সে তাত্থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়? আমি অপরাধীদেরকে শাস্তি দেব।

আর তার চেয়ে বড় যালিম আর কে, যাকে স্বীয় রবের আয়াতসমূহের মাধ্যমে উপদেশ দেয়ার পর তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়। নিশ্চয় আমি অপরাধীদের কাছ থেকে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী।

যে ব্যক্তি তার রবের নির্দেশনাবলী দ্বারা উপদিষ্ট হয়ে তা হতে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয় তার অপেক্ষা অধিক যালিম আর কে? আমি অবশ্যই অপরাধীদেরকে শাস্তি দিয়ে থাকি।

যে ব্যক্তি তার রবের আয়াতসমূহ দ্বারা উপদেশপ্রাপ্ত হয়ে তা থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নেয়, তার চেয়ে বড় যালিম আর কে? নিশ্চয় আমরা অপরাধীদের থেকে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণকারী।

ঐ ব্যক্তির চাইতে অধিক অত্যাচারী কে যাকে তার প্রতিপালকের আয়াতসমূহ স্মরণ করিয়ে দেয়া হয়, কিন্তু সে তা থেকে বিমুখ হয়? আমি অবশ্যই পাপীদের থেকে প্রতিশোধ নেব।

২২. আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহ দ্বারা উপদেশ প্রদানের পর যে বেপরওয়াভাবে মুখ ফিরিয়ে তা গ্রহণে অস্বীকার করে তার অপেক্ষা বড় জালিম আর কেউ হতে পারে না। অবশ্যই আমি কুফরি ও অবাধ্যতাপূর্বক অন্যায়কারীদের থেকে প্রতিশোধ গ্রহণ করবো।
