আল-জিন: 16

And [Allāh revealed] that if they had remained straight on the way, We would have given them abundant rain [i.e., provision]

If they (non-Muslims) had believed in Allah, and went on the Right Way (i.e. Islam) We should surely have bestowed on them water (rain) in abundance.

“(And it is also revealed to me) that if they (the people of Makkah) had stood firm on the (right) way, We would have supplied water to them in abundance,

If people were to keep firmly to the Right Way, We would have vouchsafed them abundant rain

If they (the idolaters) tread the right path, We shall give them to drink of water in abundance

(And Allah's Message is): "If they (the Pagans) had (only) remained on the (right) Way, We should certainly have bestowed on them Rain in abundance.

আরো (আমার কাছে ওয়াহী করা হয়েছে এই) যে, তারা যদি সত্য-সঠিক পথে প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকত, তাহলে আমি তাদেরকে প্রচুর পানি পান করাতাম।

আর তারা যদি সঠিক পথে অবিচল থাকত, তাহলে আমি অবশ্যই তাদেরকে প্রচুর পরিমাণে পানি পান করাতাম।

তারা যদি সত্য পথে প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকত, তাদেরকে আমি প্রচুর বারি বর্ষণের মাধ্যমে সমৃদ্ধ করতাম –

আর তারা যদি সত্য পথে প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকত তবে অবশ্যই তাদেরকে আমরা প্রচুর বারি বর্ষণে সিক্ত করতাম,

তারা যদি সত্যপথে প্রতিষ্ঠিত থাকতো তবে তাদেরকে আমি অবশ্যই প্রচুর বারি বর্ষণের মাধ্যমে সমৃদ্ধ করতাম।

১৬. যেভাবে তাঁর নিকট এ ওহী করা হয়েছে যে, জিনদের একদল কুরআন শ্রবণ করেছে তেমনিভাবে তাঁর নিকট এ ওহীও করা হয়েছে যে, যদি জিন ও মানুষরা ইসলামের পথে অটল থেকে এর উপর আমল করে তাহলে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে প্রচুর পরিমাণে পানি পান করাবেন এবং নানাবিধ নিয়ামত দ্বারা তাদেরকে ধন্য করবেন।
