What is [the matter] with you that you do not attribute to Allāh [due] grandeur

What is the matter with you, [that you fear not Allah (His punishment), and] you hope not for reward (from Allah or you believe not in His Oneness).

What has happened to you that you do not appreciate the Majesty of Allah,

What is amiss with you that you do not look forward to the majesty of Allah

What aileth you that ye hope not toward Allah for dignity

"'What is the matter with you, that ye place not your hope for kindness and long-suffering in Allah,-

‘তোমাদের হল কী যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব মেনে নিতে অস্বীকার করছ?

‘তোমাদের কী হল, তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের পরোয়া করছ না’?

তোমাদের কি হয়েছে যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব স্বীকার করতে চাচ্ছনা?

‘তোমাদের কী হল যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্বের পরওয়া করছ না!

তোমাদের কী হয়েছে যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর শ্রেষ্ঠত্ব স্বীকার করতে চাচ্ছ না?

১৩. হে জাতি! তোমাদের কী হলো যে, তোমরা আল্লাহর মহত্ত্বের ভয় করো না। তাই তোমরা কোনরূপ পরওয়া ব্যতীত তাঁর অবাধ্যতা করো?!
