আল-বুরূজ: 8

And they resented them not except because they believed in Allāh, the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy,

They had nothing against them, except that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, Worthy of all Praise!

They punished them for nothing but that they believed in Allah, the All-Mighty, the Worthy of All Praise,

Against these they had no grudge except that they believed in Allah, the Most Mighty, the Most Praiseworthy,

They had naught against them save that they believed in Allah, the Mighty, the Owner of Praise,

And they ill-treated them for no other reason than that they believed in Allah, Exalted in Power, Worthy of all Praise!-

তারা তাদেরকে নির্যাতন করেছিল একমাত্র এই কারণে যে, তারা মহাপরাক্রান্ত প্রসংসিত আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছিল।

আর তারা তাদেরকে নির্যাতন করেছিল শুধুমাত্র এ কারণে যে, তারা মহাপরাক্রমশালী প্রশংসিত আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছিল।

তারা তাদেরকে নির্যাতন করেছিল শুধু এ কারণে যে, তারা সেই মহিমাময় পরাক্রান্ত প্রশংসাভাজন আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছিল।

আর তারা তাদেরকে নির্যাতন করেছিল শুধু এ কারণে যে, তারা ঈমান এনেছিল পরাক্রমশালী ও প্রশংসার যোগ্য আল্লাহর উপর---

তারা তাদেরকে নির্যাতন করেছিল শুধু এই কারণে যে, তারা পরাক্রান্ত প্রশংসাভাজন আল্লাহর প্রতি ঈমান এনেছিল।

৮. এ সব কাফিরের নিকট মুমিনদের দোষ এতদ্ব্যতীত আর কিছুই ছিলো না যে, তারা বলেছিলো: আমরা মহা পরাক্রমশালী আল্লাহর উপর ঈমান এনেছি। যাঁকে পরাস্তকারী কেউ নেই এবং যিনি সর্ব বিষয়ে প্রশংসিত।
