আন-নূর: 54

Say, "Obey Allāh and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that [duty] with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been charged. And if you obey him, you will be [rightly] guided. And there is not upon the Messenger except the [responsibility for] clear notification."

Say: "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, but if you turn away, he (Messenger Muhammad SAW) is only responsible for the duty placed on him (i.e. to convey Allah's Message) and you for that placed on you. If you obey him, you shall be on the right guidance. The Messenger's duty is only to convey (the message) in a clear way (i.e. to preach in a plain way)."

Say, “Obey Allah and obey the messenger. But if you turn away, then on him (the messenger) lies (the responsibility of) what he is burdened with, and on you lies (the responsibility of) what you are burdened with. And if you obey him, you will get the right path. The duty of the Messenger is no more than to convey the message clearly.”

Say: "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger. But if you turn away, then (know well) that the Messenger is responsible for what he has been charged with and you are responsible for what you have been charged with. But if you obey him, you will be guided to the Right Way. The Messenger has no other responsibility but to clearly convey (the command)."

Say: Obey Allah and obey the messenger. But if ye turn away, then (it is) for him (to do) only that wherewith he hath been charged, and for you (to do) only that wherewith ye have been charged. If ye obey him, ye will go aright. But the messenger hath no other charge than to convey (the message) plainly.

Say: "Obey Allah, and obey the Messenger: but if ye turn away, he is only responsible for the duty placed on him and ye for that placed on you. If ye obey him, ye shall be on right guidance. The Messenger's duty is only to preach the clear (Message).

বল : আল্লাহর আনুগত্য ও রসূলের আনুগত্য কর, অতঃপর যদি তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে লও তাহলে তার (অর্থাৎ রসূলের) উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য সে দায়ী, আর তোমাদের উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তোমরাই দায়ী, তোমরা যদি তার আনুগত্য কর তবে সঠিক পথ পাবে, রসূলের দায়িত্ব হচ্ছে স্পষ্টভাবে (বাণী) পৌঁছে দেয়া।

বল, ‘তোমরা আল্লাহর আনুগত্য কর এবং রাসূলের আনুগত্য কর।’ তারপর যদি তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও, তবে সে শুধু তার উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য দায়ী এবং তোমাদের উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তোমরাই দায়ী। আর যদি তোমরা তার আনুগত্য কর তবে তোমরা হিদায়াতপ্রাপ্ত হবে। আর রাসূলের দায়িত্ব শুধু স্পষ্টভাবে পৌঁছে দেয়া।

বলঃ তোমরা আল্লাহর আনুগত্য কর এবং রাসূলের আনুগত্য কর; অতঃপর যদি তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও তাহলে তার উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য সে দায়ী এবং তোমাদের উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তোমরা দায়ী; এবং তোমরা তার আনুগত্য করলে সৎ পথ পাবে, রাসূলের দায়িত্বতো শুধু স্পষ্টভাবে পৌঁছে দেয়া।

বলুন, ‘তোমরা আল্লাহ্‌র আনুগত্য কর এবং রাসূলের আনুগত্য কর।’ তারপর যদি তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও, তবে তার উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তিনিই দায়ী এবং তোমাদের উপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তোমরাই দায়ী; আর তোমরা তার আনুগত্য করলে সৎপথ পাবে, মুলতঃ রাসূলের দায়িত্ব শুধু স্পষ্টভাবে পৌঁছে দেয়া।

বল:‎ ‘আল্লাহর আনুগত্য কর‎ এবং রাসূলের আনুগত্য কর‎।’ অতঃপর যদি তোমরা মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও, তবে তার ওপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য সে দায়ী এবং তোমাদের ওপর অর্পিত দায়িত্বের জন্য তোমরাই দায়ী; এবং তোমরা তার আনুগত্য করলে সৎ পথ পাবে, আর রাসূলের কাজ তো কেবল স্পষ্টভাবে পৌঁছে দেয়া।

৫৪. হে রাসূল! আপনি এ মুনাফিকদেরকে বলুন: তোমরা প্রকাশ্য ও অপ্রকাশ্যে আল্লাহ ও তাঁর রাসূলের আনুগত্য করো। তোমরা যদি তাঁদের আদেশকৃত আনুগত্য থেকে মুখ ফিরিয়ে নাও তাহলে জেনে রাখো, তাঁর দায়িত্ব হলো পৌঁছানো আর তোমাদের দায়িত্ব হলো আনুগ্য করা ও তাঁর আনীত বিধান মেনে চলা। যদি তোমরা তাঁর আদেশ-নিষেধ মেনে একমাত্র তাঁরই আনুগত্য করো তাহলে তোমরা অবশ্যই সত্য পথের দিশা পাবে। বস্তুতঃ রাসূলের দায়িত্ব হলো সুস্পভাবে পৌঁছিয়ে দেয়া। তাঁর দায়িত্ব নয় তোমাদেরকে হিদায়েতের উপর উঠানো এবং তাতে তোমাদেরকে বাধ্য করা।
