আল-আহযাব: 24

That Allāh may reward the truthful for their truth and punish the hypocrites if He wills or accept their repentance. Indeed, Allāh is ever Forgiving and Merciful.

That Allah may reward the men of truth for their truth (i.e. for their patience at the accomplishment of that which they covenanted with Allah), and punish the hypocrites if He will or accept their repentance by turning to them in Mercy. Verily, Allah is OftForgiving, Most Merciful.

(All this happened) so that Allah may give reward to the truthful ones for their truthfulness, and punish the hypocrites, if He so wills, or accept their repentance. Surely, Allah is Most-Forgiving, Very- Merciful.

(All this is) in order that Allah may reward the truthful for their truthfulness, and either punish the hypocrites or, if He so wills, accept their repentance. Verily Allah is Most Pardoning, Most Compassionate.

That Allah may reward the true men for their truth, and punish the hypocrites if He will, or relent toward them (if He will). Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

That Allah may reward the men of Truth for their Truth, and punish the Hypocrites if that be His Will, or turn to them in Mercy: for Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.

যাতে আল্লাহ (ওয়া‘দার প্রতি) সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদিতার পুরস্কার দেন আর মুনাফিকদেরকে ইচ্ছে করলে শাস্তি দেন অথবা তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন। আল্লাহ পরম ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।

যাতে আল্লাহ সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদিতার জন্য পুরস্কৃত করতে পারেন এবং তিনি চাইলে মুনাফিকদের আযাব দিতে পারেন অথবা তাদের ক্ষমা করে দিতে পারেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ পরম ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।

কারণ আল্লাহ সত্যবাদীদেরকে পুরস্কৃত করেন সত্যবাদীতার জন্য এবং তাঁর ইচ্ছা হলে মুনাফিকদেরকে শাস্তি দেন অথবা তাদেরকে ক্ষমা করেন। আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।

যাতে আল্লাহ্ পুরস্কৃত করেন সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদীতার জন্য এবং শাস্তি দেন মুনাফিকদেরকে যদি তিনি চান অথবা তাদের ক্ষমা করেন। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।

এটা এজন্য যাতে আল্লাহ সত্যবাদীদেরকে তাদের সত্যবাদীতার জন্য প্রতিদান দেন এবং ইচ্ছা করলে মুনাফিক্বদের শাস্তি দেন অথবা তাদেরকে তাওবা করার সুযোগ দেন। নিঃসন্দেহে আল্লাহ অত্যন্ত ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।

২৪. যাতে করে আল্লাহ সত্যপরায়ণদেরকে পুরস্কৃত করতে পারেন। যারা বিশ্বস্ততা ও সততার মাধ্যমে আল্লাহর সাথে কৃত অঙ্গীকারকে বাস্তবে রূপ দিয়েছে। আর অঙ্গীকার ভঙ্গকারী মুনাফিকদেরকে চাইলে কুফরি থেকে তাওবা করার পূর্বে মৃত্যু দানের মাধ্যমে শাস্তি প্রদান করবেন। আর চাইলে তাওবার তাওফীক দানের মাধ্যমে তাদের তাওবা কবুল করবেন। আল্লাহ পাপ থেকে তাওবাকারীদের জন্য ক্ষমাশীল ও তাদের প্রতি দয়ালু।
