আল-কামার: 4

And there has already come to them of information that in which there is deterrence.

And indeed there has come to them news (in this Quran) wherein there is (enough warning) to check (them from evil),

And there has come to them as much news (of the earlier communities) as it is enough to deter,

Surely there came to them narratives (of the ancient nations) that should suffice to deter (them from transgression),

And surely there hath come unto them news whereof the purport should deter,

There have already come to them Recitals wherein there is (enough) to check (them),

এই লোকেদের কাছে তো (অতীতের জাতিগুলোর) সংবাদ এসেছে যাতে আছে সাবধান বাণী।

আর তাদের কাছে তো সংবাদসমূহ এসেছে, যাতে রয়েছে উপদেশবাণী,

তাদের নিকট এসেছে সুসংবাদ, যাতে আছে সাবধান বাণী।

আর তাদের কাছে এসেছে সংবাদসমূহ, যাতে আছে কঠোর নিষেধাজ্ঞা;

তাদের নিকট এসেছে সংবাদ, যাতে আছে সাবধান বাণী।

৪. অথচ যে সব জাতিকে আমি কুফরী ও জুলুমের কারণে ধ্বংস করেছি তাদের নিকট ওদের সংবাদ এসেছে। যা তাদেরকে কুফরী ও জুলুম থেকে বিরত রাখার জন্য যথেষ্ট।
