আয-যুমার: 65

And it was already revealed to you and to those before you that if you should associate [anything] with Allāh, your work would surely become worthless, and you would surely be among the losers.

And indeed it has been revealed to you (O Muhammad SAW), as it was to those (Allah's Messengers) before you: "If you join others in worship with Allah, (then) surely (all) your deeds will be in vain, and you will certainly be among the losers."

It has already been revealed to you and to those before you (that): If you associate (partners with Allah), your deeds shall be rendered useless, and you shall be among the losers.

(Tell them clearly that) it was revealed to you and to all Prophets before you: “If you associate any others with Allah in His Divinity, your works will surely come to naught and you will certainly be among the losers.”

And verily it hath been revealed unto thee as unto those before thee (saying): If thou ascribe a partner to Allah thy work will fail and thou indeed wilt be among the losers.

But it has already been revealed to thee,- as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah), truly fruitless will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)".

কিন্তু তোমার কাছে আর তোমাদের পূর্ববর্তীদের কাছে ওয়াহী করা হয়েছে যে, তুমি যদি (আল্লাহর) শরীক স্থির কর, তাহলে তোমার কর্ম অবশ্য অবশ্যই নিস্ফল হয়ে যাবে, আর তুমি অবশ্য অবশ্যই ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।

আর অবশ্যই তোমার কাছে এবং তোমার পূর্ববর্তীদের কাছে ওহী পাঠানো হয়েছে যে, তুমি শির্ক করলে তোমার কর্ম নিষ্ফল হবেই। আর অবশ্যই তুমি ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।

তোমার প্রতি, তোমার পূর্ববর্তীদের প্রতি অবশ্যই অহী হয়েছে; তুমি আল্লাহর শরীক স্থির করলে তোমার কাজ নিস্ফল হবে এবং তুমি হবে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত।

আর আপনার প্রতি ও আপনার পুর্ববর্তীদের প্রতি অবশ্যই ওহী করা হয়েছে যে, 'যদি আপনি শির্ক করেন তবে আপনার সমস্ত আমল তো নিষ্ফল হবে এবং অবশ্যই আপনি হবেন ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত।

নিশ্চয়ই তোমার প্রতি ও তোমার পূর্ববর্তীদের প্রতি ওয়াহী করা হয়েছে, যদি তুমি আল্লাহর সাথে শরীক স্থির কর তবে নিঃসন্দেহে তোমার কর্ম তো নিষ্ফল হবে এবং অবশ্যই তুমি ক্ষতিগ্রস্তদের অন্তর্ভুক্ত হবে।

৬৫. হে রাসূল! আল্লাহ আপনার প্রতি এবং ইতিপূর্বে অন্যান্য রাসূলদের প্রতি এ মর্মে ওহী করেছেন যে, যদি আপনি আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য কারো ইবাদাত করেন তাহলে আপনার নেক আমলের প্রতিদান বাতিল হবে। আর আপনি নিজের দ্বীন হারিয়ে ইহকালে ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবেন। এমনিভাবে শাস্তির মাধ্যমে পারকালেও ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবেন।
