গাফির: 22
আরবি
ذَٰلِكَ بِأَنَّهُمْ كَانَت تَّأْتِيهِمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِ فَكَفَرُوا۟ فَأَخَذَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّهُۥ قَوِىٌّ شَدِيدُ ٱلْعِقَابِ
English Translations
That was because their messengers were coming to them with clear proofs, but they disbelieved, so Allāh seized them. Indeed, He is Powerful and severe in punishment.
That was because there came to them their Messengers with clear evidences, proofs and signs but they disbelieved (in them). So Allah seized them with punishment. Verily, He is All-Strong, Severe in punishment.
That was because messengers used to come to them with clear signs, but they disbelieved. Then, Allah seized them. Surely, He is Strong, severe in punishment.
They came to this end because their Messengers would come to them with Clear Signs and yet they would refuse to believe. So Allah seized them. He is indeed Strong, Terrible in Retribution.
That was because their messengers kept bringing them clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty) but they disbelieved; so Allah seized them. Lo! He is Strong, severe in punishment.
That was because there came to them their messengers with Clear (Signs), but they rejected them: So Allah called them to account: for He is Full of Strength, Strict in Punishment.
বাংলা অনুবাদ
এটা এজন্য যে, রসূলগণ তাদের কাছে স্পষ্ট (নিদর্শন) নিয়ে এসেছিল। কিন্তু তারা তাদেরকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিল। তখন আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করেছিলেন। তিনি প্রবল শক্তিধর, শাস্তিদানে কঠোর।
এটি এ কারণে যে, তাদের কাছে তাদের রাসূলগণ সুস্পষ্ট প্রমাণাদি নিয়ে আসত, কিন্তু তারা তাদেরকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করত। ফলে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করলেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি শক্তিমান, আযাবদানে কঠোর।
এটা এ জন্য যে, তাদের নিকট তাদের রাসূলগণ নিদর্শনসহ এলে তারা তাদেরকে প্রত্যাখ্যান করেছিল। ফলে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে শাস্তি দিলেন। তিনিতো শক্তিশালী, শাস্তি দানে কঠোর।
এটা এ জন্যে যে, তাদের কাছে তাদের রাসূলগণ স্পষ্ট প্রমাণাদিসহ আসত, অতঃপর তারা কুফরী করেছিল। ফলে আল্লাহ্ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করলেন। নিশ্চয় তিনি শক্তিশালী, শাস্তিদানে কঠোর।
এটা এ জন্য যে, তাদের নিকট রাসূলগণ নিদর্শনাবলীসহ আসলে তারা তাদেরকে অস্বীকার করেছিল। ফলে আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও করলেন। নিশ্চয়ই তিনি তো মহা শক্তিশালী, শাস্তি দানে কঠোর।
২২. এই শাস্তি তারা কেবল এ জন্য পেয়েছে যে, তাদের নিকট রাসূলগণ সুস্পষ্ট আয়াত ও প্রমাণাদি আনার পরও তারা আল্লাহকে অবিশ্বাস ও তাঁর রাসূলগণের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপ করতো। তাই তাদের ক্ষমতা থাকা সত্ত্বেও আল্লাহ তাদেরকে পাকড়াও ও ধ্বংস করেছেন। অবশ্যই আল্লাহ শক্তিশালী ও তাঁকে অস্বীকারকারী এবং তদীয় রাসূলগণের প্রতি মিথ্যারোপকারীদের জন্য কঠিন শাস্তিদাতা।
