আল-কালাম: 49

If not that a favor [i.e., mercy] from his Lord overtook him, he would have been thrown onto the naked shore while he was censured.

Had not a Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been (left in the stomach of the fish, but We forgave him), so he was cast off on the naked shore, while he was to be blamed.

Had not a favour from His Lord come to his help, he would have been cast in the wilderness in a reproachable state.

had his Lord not bestowed His favour upon him, he would have been cast upon that barren shore (and would have remained there) in disgrace.

Had it not been that favour from his Lord had reached him he surely had been cast into the wilderness while he was reprobate.

Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace.

তার প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহ যদি তার কাছে না পৌঁছত, তাহলে সে লাঞ্ছিত অবস্থায় ধুঁধুঁ বালুকাময় তীরে নিক্ষিপ্ত হত।

যদি তার রবের অনুগ্রহ তার কাছে না পৌঁছত, তাহলে সে নিন্দিত অবস্থায় উন্মুক্ত প্রান্তরে নিক্ষিপ্ত হত।

তার রবের অনুগ্রহ তার নিকট না পৌঁছলে সে লাঞ্ছিত হয়ে নিক্ষিপ্ত হত উন্মুক্ত প্রান্তরে।

যদি তার রবের অনুগ্রহ তার কাছে না পৌঁছত তবে তিনি লাঞ্ছিত অবস্থায় নিক্ষিপ্ত হতেন উন্মুক্ত প্ৰান্তরে।

তার প্রতিপালকের অনুগ্রহ তার নিকট না পৌঁছলে সে অপমানিত হয়ে খোলা প্রান্তরে নিক্ষিপ্ত হত।

৪৯. যদি আল্লাহর রহমত না থাকতো তাহলে মাছ তাঁকে মরুভূমিতে নিন্দিত অবস্থায় নিক্ষেপ করতো।
