আন-নাহল: 86

And when those who associated others with Allāh see their "partners," they will say, "Our Lord, these are our partners [to You] whom we used to invoke [in worship] besides You." But they will throw at them the statement, "Indeed, you are liars."

And when those who associated partners with Allah see their (Allah's so-called) partners, they will say: "Our Lord! These are our partners whom we used to invoke besides you." But they will throw back their word at them (and say): "Surely! You indeed are liars!"

When the Mushriks (i.e. those who ascribe partners to Allah) will see those whom they made partners with Allah, they will say: “Our Lord, these are the partners we made whom we called in worship besides you.” Then, they (the partners) will turn to them saying: “You are indeed liars.”

And when those who associated others with Allah in His Divinity will see those to whom they ascribed this share, they will say: "Our Lord! These are the beings to whom we ascribed a share in Your Divinity and whom we called upon instead of You," whereupon those beings will fling at them the words: "You are liars."

And when those who ascribed partners to Allah behold those partners of theirs, they will say: Our Lord! these are our partners unto whom we used to cry instead of Thee. But they will fling to them the saying: Lo! ye verily are liars!

When those who gave partners to Allah will see their "partners", they will say: "Our Lord! these are our 'partners,' those whom we used to invoke besides Thee." But they will throw back their word at them (and say): "Indeed ye are liars!"

মুশরিকরা যাদেরকে আল্লাহর শারীক বানিয়েছিল তাদেরকে যখন দেখবে তখন তারা বলবে, ‘হে আমাদের রব্ব! এরাই হল আমাদের শারীক মা‘বূদ তোমাকে বাদ দিয়ে যাদেরকে আমরা ডাকতাম।’ তখন এ কথাকে তাদের দিকেই ছুঁড়ে ফেলে দিয়ে তাদের সেই মা‘বূদরা বলবে, ‘তোমরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যেবাদী।’

আর যারা শিরক করেছে, তারা যখন তাদের শরীকদের দেখবে, তখন বলবে, ‘হে আমাদের রব, এরা হল আমাদের শরীক, যাদেরকে আমরা আপনার পরিবর্তে আহবান করতাম।’ অতঃপর তারা তাদের প্রতি উত্তরে বলবে, ‘নিশ্চয় তোমরা মিথ্যাবাদী।’

মুশরিকরা যাদেরকে (আল্লাহর) শরীক করেছিল তাদেরকে দেখে বলবেঃ হে আমাদের রাব্ব! এরাই তারা যাদেরকে আমরা আপনার শরীক করেছিলাম, যাদেরকে আমরা আহবান করতাম আপনার পরিবর্তে; অতঃপর তদুত্তরে তারা বলবেঃ তোমরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যাবাদী।

আর যারা শির্ক করেছে, তারা যখন তাদের শরীকদেরকে দেখবে তখন বলবে, ‘হে আমাদের রব! এরাই তারা যাদেরকে আমরা আপনার শরীক করেছিলাম, যাদেরকে আমরা আপনার পরিবর্তে ডাকতাম;’ তখন শরীকরা এ কথা মুশরিকদের দিকে ফিরিয়ে দিয়ে বলবে, ‘নিশ্চয় তোমরা মিথ্যাবাদী।’

মুশরিকরা যাদেরকে আল্লাহর শরীক করেছিল, তাদেরকে যখন দেখবে তখন তারা বলবে: ‘হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! এরাই তারা, যাদেরকে আমরা তোমার শরীক করেছিলাম, যাদেরকে আমরা আহ্বান করতাম তোমার পরিবর্তে; অতঃপর তদুত্তরে তারা বলবে: ‘তোমরা অবশ্যই মিথ্যাবাদী।’

৮৬. মুশরিকরা যখন পরকালে আল্লাহ ছাড়া তাদের উপাস্য মা’বূদগুলোকে দেখতে পাবে তখন তারা বলবে: হে আমাদের প্রতিপালক! এরা হলো সেই অংশীদারসমূহ আপনাকে বাদ দিয়ে আমরা দুনিয়াতে যাদের ইবাদাত করতাম। তারা মূলতঃ এ কথা বলবে ওদের উপর তাদের গুনাহের বোঝা চাপিয়ে দেয়ার জন্য। তখন আল্লাহ তা‘আলা তাদের মা’বূদগুলোকে কথা বলার শক্তি দিলে তারা এর উত্তরে বলবে: হে মুশরিকরা! তোমরা আল্লাহর সাথে অন্য শরীকের ইবাদাতের ব্যাপারে মিথ্যা বলছো। কারণ, তাঁর সাথে ইবাদাত করার মতো সত্যিকারার্থে আর কোন শরীক নেই।
