আল-ইসরা: 5

So when the [time of] promise came for the first of them, We sent against you servants of Ours - those of great military might, and they probed [even] into the homes, and it was a promise fulfilled.

So, when the promise came for the first of the two, We sent against you slaves of Ours given to terrible warfare. They entered the very innermost parts of your homes. And it was a promise (completely) fulfilled.

So, when came the time appointed for the first of the two, We dispatched against you some servants belonging to us having strong aggressive power, who combed through the houses; and it was a promise, bound to be fulfilled.

So, when the occasion for the first of the transgressions arrived, We raised against you some of Our creatures who were full of might, and they ran over the whole of your land. This was a promise that was bound to be fulfilled.

So when the time for the first of the two came, We roused against you slaves of Ours of great might who ravaged (your) country, and it was a threat performed.

When the first of the warnings came to pass, We sent against you Our servants given to terrible warfare: They entered the very inmost parts of your homes; and it was a warning (completely) fulfilled.

অতঃপর যখন দু’টির মধ্যে প্রথমটির সময় এসে উপস্থিত হল, তখন আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে পাঠিয়ে দিলাম আমার বান্দাদেরকে যারা ছিল যুদ্ধে অতি শক্তিশালী, তারা (তোমাদের) ঘরের কোণায় কোণায় ঢুকে পড়ল, আর সতর্কবাণী পূর্ণ হল।

অতঃপর যখন এ দু’য়ের প্রথম ওয়াদা আসল, তখন আমি তোমাদের উপর আমার কিছু বান্দা পাঠালাম, যারা কঠোর যুদ্ধবাজ। অতঃপর তারা ঘরে ঘরে ঢুকে ধ্বংসযজ্ঞ চালাল। আর এ ওয়াদা পূর্ণ হওয়ারই ছিল।

অতঃপর এই দু’এর প্রথমটির নির্ধারিত কাল যখন উপস্থিত হল তখন আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রেরণ করেছিলাম আমার দাসদেরকে, যুদ্ধে অতিশয় শক্তিশালী; তারা ঘরে ঘরে প্রবেশ করে সমস্ত কিছু ধ্বংস করেছিল; শাস্তির প্রতিজ্ঞা কার্যকরী হয়েই থাকে।

অতঃপর এ দুটির প্রথমটির নির্ধারিত সময় যখন উপস্থিত হল তখন আমরা তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে পাঠিয়েছিলাম, যুদ্ধে অত্যন্ত শক্তিশালী আমাদের বান্দাদেরকে; অতঃপর তারা ঘরে ঘরে প্রবেশ করে ধ্বংসযজ্ঞ চালিয়েছিল। আর এটা ছিল এমন প্রতিশ্রুতি যা কার্যকর হওয়ারই ছিল।

অতঃপর এ দু’টির প্রথমটির নির্ধারিত সময় যখন উপস্থিত হল তখন আমি তোমাদের বিরুদ্ধে প্রেরণ করেছিলাম আমার বান্দাদেরকে, তারা ছিল যুদ্ধে অতিশয় শক্তিশালী; তারা ঘরে ঘরে প্রবেশ করে সবকিছু‎ ধ্বংস করেছিল। আর প্রতিশ্রুতি কার্যকরী হয়েই থাকে।

৫. যখন তাদের পক্ষ থেকে প্রথম ফাসাদ সংঘটিত হলো তখন আমি তাদের উপর আমার এমন একদল শক্তিশালী ও যুদ্ধবাজ বান্দার আবির্ভাব ঘটিয়েছি যারা তাদেরকে হত্যা ও বাড়িছাড়া করেছে। যারা তাদের বাড়িঘরে ঢুকে সামনে পাওয়া সবকিছুকে ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছে। যার মাধ্যমে আল্লাহর ওয়াদা এক অলঙ্ঘনীয় বাস্তবে পরিণত হয়েছে।
