আল-হাক্কাহ: 7

Which He [i.e., Allāh] imposed upon them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so you would see the people therein fallen as if they were hollow trunks of palm trees.

Which Allah imposed on them for seven nights and eight days in succession, so that you could see men lying overthrown (destroyed), as if they were hollow trunks of date-palms!

that He imposed on them for seven nights and eight consecutive days; so you could see them thrown on the ground, as if they were trunks of hollow palm-trees.

which He let loose upon them for seven nights and eight days in succession; so that (if you had been there) you might have seen people lying prostrate, as though they were uprooted trunks of hollowed palm trees.

Which He imposed on them for seven long nights and eight long days so that thou mightest have seen men lying overthrown, as they were hollow trunks of palm-trees.

He made it rage against them seven nights and eight days in succession: so that thou couldst see the (whole) people lying prostrate in its (path), as they had been roots of hollow palm-trees tumbled down!

যা তাদের উপর প্রবাহিত হয়েছিল সাত রাত আট দিন বিরামহীনভাবে, তুমি দেখতে তারা পড়ে আছে ইতস্তত বিক্ষিপ্ত, যেন তারা পুরাতন শুকনো খেজুর গাছের কান্ড।

তিনি তাদের উপর তা সাত রাত ও আট দিন বিরামহীনভাবে চাপিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন। ফলে তুমি উক্ত সম্প্রদায়কে সেখানে লুটিয়ে পড়া অবস্থায় দেখতে পেতে যেন তারা সারশূন্য খেজুর গাছের মত।

যা তিনি তাদের উপর প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন সাত রাত ও আট দিন বিরামহীনভাবে; তুমি যদি তখন উক্ত সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতে তাহলে দেখতে পেতে যে, তারা সেখানে লুটিয়ে পড়ে আছে বিক্ষিপ্ত অসার খেজুর কান্ডের ন্যায়।

যা তিনি তাদের উপর প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন সাতরাত ও আটদিন বিরামহীনভাবে; তখন আপনি উক্ত সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতেন--- তারা সেখানে লুটিয়ে পরে আছে সারশূন্য খেজুর কাণ্ডের ন্যায়।

যা তিনি তাদের ওপর প্রবাহিত করেছিলেন বিরামহীনভাবে সাত রাত ও আট দিন, তুমি (উপস্থিত থাকলে) সেই সম্প্রদায়কে দেখতে খেজুর কাণ্ডের ন্যায় সেখানে ছিন্ন ভিন্নভাবে পড়ে আছে।

৭. আল্লাহ তাদের উপর সাত রাত ও আট দিনের জন্য তা প্রেরণ করেন। যা তাদেরকে সমূলে উৎপাটন করে দেয়। ফলে আপনি তাদেরকে দেখতে পাবেন, তারা নিজেদের ভূমিতে ধ্বংস ও আছাড় খেয়ে পড়ে আছে। ধ্বংসের পর তারা যেন পুরনো খেজুর বৃক্ষের শিকড়ের ন্যায় পড়ে আছে।
