আয-যারিয়াত: 46

And [We destroyed] the people of Noah before; indeed, they were a people defiantly disobedient.

(So were) the people of Nuh (Noah) before them. Verily, they were a people who were Fasiqun (rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

And (We have destroyed) the people of NūH even before; indeed they were a sinful people.

Before all these We destroyed the people of Noah: they were a wicked people.

And the folk of Noah aforetime. Lo! they were licentious folk.

So were the People of Noah before them for they wickedly transgressed.

ইতোপূর্বে আমি নূহের জাতিকে ধ্বংস করেছিলাম, তারা ছিল এক পাপাচারী জাতি।

আর ইতঃপূর্বে নূহের কওমকেও (আমি ধ্বংস করে দিয়েছিলাম)। নিশ্চয় তারা ছিল ফাসিক কওম।

আমি ধ্বংস করেছিলাম তাদের পূর্বে নূহের সম্প্রদায়কে, তারা ছিল সত্যত্যাগী সম্প্রদায়।

আর (ধ্বংস করেছিলাম) এদের আগে নূহের সম্প্রদায়কে, নিশ্চয় তারা ছিল ফাসেক সম্প্রদায়।

(ধ্বংস করেছিলাম) ইতোপূর্বে নূহ এর সম্প্রদায়কে, তারা ছিল ফাসেক সম্প্রদায়।

৪৬. আমি নূহ (আলাইহিস-সালাম) এর জাতিকে এ সব উল্লিখিত লোকজনের পূর্বে ডুবিয়ে ধ্বংস করেছি। তারা আল্লাহর আনুগত্য থেকে বেরিয়ে পড়েছে। ফলে তাঁর শাস্তির হকদার হয়েছে।
