আল-আনআম: 142

And of the grazing livestock are carriers [of burdens] and those [too] small. Eat of what Allāh has provided for you and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Indeed, he is to you a clear enemy.

And of the cattle (are some) for burden (like camels etc.) and (some are) small (unable to carry burden like sheep, goats etc. for food, meat, milk, wool etc.). Eat of what Allah has provided for you, and follow not the footsteps of Shaitan (Satan). Surely he is to you an open enemy.

Among cattle (He has created) those fit for loading and those fit for laying on the floor. Eat of what Allah has provided you, and do not follow the footsteps of Satan. Surely, he is an open enemy to you.

And of the cattle (He has reared) some for burden, and some whose flesh you eat and whose skins and hair you use to spread the ground. Eat of the sustenance Allah has provided you and do not follow in the footsteps of Satan, for surely he is your open enemy.

And of the cattle (He produceth) some for burdens, some for food. Eat of that which Allah hath bestowed upon you, and follow not the footsteps of the devil, for lo! he is an open foe to you.

Of the cattle are some for burden and some for meat: eat what Allah hath provided for you, and follow not the footsteps of Satan: for he is to you and avowed enemy.

গবাদি পশুর মধ্যে কতক আছে ভারবাহী আর কতক আছে গোশত ও আচ্ছাদনের সামগ্রী দানকারী, আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে যে রিয্ক্ব দিয়েছেন তাত্থেকে ভক্ষণ কর আর শায়ত্বনের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করো না, সে তোমাদের খোলাখুলি দুশমন।

আর চতুষ্পদ জন্তু থেকে (কিছুকে সৃষ্টি করেছেন) বোঝা বহনকারী ও ক্ষুদ্রাকৃতির। তোমরা আহার কর তা থেকে, যা আল্লাহ তোমাদেরকে রিয্ক দিয়েছেন এবং শয়তানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করো না। নিশ্চয় সে তোমাদের জন্য স্পষ্ট শত্রু।

আর চতুস্পদ জন্তুগুলির মধ্যে কতকগুলি (উঁচু আকৃতির) ভারবাহী রয়েছে; আর কতকগুলি রয়েছে ছোট আকৃতির, গোশত খাওয়ার ও চামড়া দ্বারা বিছানা বানানোর যোগ্য। আল্লাহ যা কিছু দান করেছেন তোমরা তা আহার কর, আর শাইতানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করনা, নিঃসন্দেহে সে তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্রু।

আর গবাদি পশুর মধ্যে কিছু সংখ্যক ভারবাহী ও কিছু সংখ্যক ক্ষুদ্রাকার পশু সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আল্লাহ যা রিযিকরূপে তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন তা থেকে খাও এবং শয়তানের পদাংক অনুসরণ করো না; সে তো তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শক্র;

গবাদি পশুর মধ্যে কতক ভারবাহী ও কতক ক্ষুদ্রাকার পশু সৃষ্টি করেছেন। আল্লাহ যা রিযিকরূপে তোমাদেরকে দিয়েছেন তা হতে খাও এবং শয়তানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করো না; সে তো তোমাদের প্রকাশ্য শত্র“;

১৪২. তিনিই তোমাদের জন্য এমন গৃহপালিত পশু সৃষ্টি করেছেন যেগুলো বোঝা বহনের উপযুক্ত যেমন: প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক উট। আবার এমন কিছুও সৃষ্টি করেছেন যেগুলো বোঝা বহনের অনুপযুক্ত। যেমন: ছোট উট ও ছাগল। হে মানুষ! তোমরা আল্লাহর দেয়া রিযিক হিসেবে এ হালাল বস্তুগুলো খাও এবং আল্লাহর হারামকৃত বস্তু হালাল করা এবং তাঁর হালালকৃত বস্তু হারাম করার ব্যাপারে শয়তানের পদাঙ্ক অনুসরণ করো না। যা মুশরিকরা করে থাকে। হে মানুষ! নিশ্চয়ই শয়তান তোমাদের সুস্পষ্ট শত্রু। সে চায় তোমরা এ ব্যাপারে আল্লাহর অবাধ্য হও।
