৬৬. তিনি আসমানসমূহ, যমীনসমূহ ও এতদুভয়ের মাঝে থাকা সব কিছুর প্রতিপালক। তিনি তাঁর রাজত্বে এমন প্ররাক্রমশালী; যাঁকে কেউ কখনো পরাস্ত করতে পারে না। তিনি স্বীয় বান্দাদের মধ্যকার যারা ক্ষমা চায় তাদেরকে বেশী বেশী ক্ষমাকারী।
