আয-যুখরুফ: 29

However, I gave enjoyment to these [people of Makkah] and their fathers until there came to them the truth and a clear Messenger.

Nay, but I gave (the good things of this life) to these (polytheists) and their fathers to enjoy, till there came to them the truth (the Quran), and a Messenger (Muhammad SAW) making things clear.

But, I gave these and their fathers enjoyment, until the truth came to them, and a messenger as well who explains (it).

(Even when they began worshipping others than Allah We did not destroy them) but bestowed sustenance on them and on their forefathers until there came to them the Truth and a Messenger who clearly expounded things to them.

Nay, but I let these and their fathers enjoy life (only) till there should come unto them the Truth and a messenger making plain.

Yea, I have given the good things of this life to these (men) and their fathers, until the Truth has come to them, and a messenger making things clear.

হ্যাঁ, আমিই তাদেরকে আর তাদের পূর্বপুরুষকে ভোগের সামগ্রী দিয়েছিলাম। অবশেষে তাদের কাছে আসলো সত্য এবং সবকিছু স্পষ্টকারী রসূল।

বরং তাদের কাছে সত্য ও স্পষ্ট বর্ণনাকারী রাসূল আগমন না করা পর্যন্ত আমি তাদের এবং তাদের পিতৃপুরুষদের ভোগ করার সুযোগ দিয়েছিলাম।

বরং আমিই তাদেরকে এবং তাদের পূর্ব-পুরুষদেরকে সুযোগ দিয়েছিলাম ভোগের; অবশেষে তাদের নিকট এলো সত্য ও স্পষ্ট প্রচারক রাসূল।

বরং আমি তাদেরকে এবং তাদের পিতৃপুরুষদেরকে দিয়েছিলাম ভোগ করতে, অবশেষে তাদের কাছে আসল সত্য এবং স্পষ্ট বর্ণনাকারী রাসূল।

বরং আমিই তাদেরকে এবং তাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে সুযোগ দিয়েছিলাম ভোগের, অবশেষে তাদের নিকট সত্য ও স্পষ্ট (প্রচারক) রাসূল আগমন করল।

২৯. আমি এ সব মিথ্যারোপকারী মুশরিককে শাস্তি প্রদানে তাড়াহুড়ো করি নি। বরং তাদেরকে ও তাদের পূর্বপুরুষদেরকে কুরআন ও সুস্পষ্টভাষী রাসূল তথা মোহাম্মদ (সাল্লাল্লাহু আলাইহি ওয়াসাল্লাম) এর আগমন পর্যন্ত দুনিয়াতে বেঁচে থাকার সুযোগ দিয়েছি।
