আলে ইমরান: 112

They have been put under humiliation [by Allāh] wherever they are overtaken, except for a rope [i.e., covenant] from Allāh and a rope [i.e., treaty] from the people [i.e., the Muslims]. And they have drawn upon themselves anger from Allāh and have been put under destitution. That is because they disbelieved in [i.e., rejected] the verses of Allāh and killed the prophets without right. That is because they disobeyed and [habitually] transgressed.

Indignity is put over them wherever they may be, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allah, and from men; they have drawn on themselves the Wrath of Allah, and destruction is put over them. This is because they disbelieved in the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of Allah and killed the Prophets without right. This is because they disobeyed (Allah) and used to transgress beyond bounds (in Allah's disobedience, crimes and sins).

Disgrace has been stamped over them wherever they are found, unless (saved) through a source from Allah and through a source from men, and they have returned with wrath from Allah, and misery has been stamped over them. All this is because they used to deny the signs of Allah, and to slay the prophets unjustly. All this is because they disobeyed and transgressed the limits.

Wherever they were, they were covered with ignominy, except when they were protected by either a covenant with Allah or a covenant with men.They are laden with the burden of Allah's wrath, and humiliation is stuck upon them - and all this because they rejected the signs of Allah and slayed the Prophets without right, and because they disobeyed and transgressed.

Ignominy shall be their portion wheresoever they are found save (where they grasp) a rope from Allah and a rope from men. They have incurred anger from their Lord, and wretchedness is laid upon them. That is because they used to disbelieve the revelations of Allah, and slew the prophets wrongfully. That is because they were rebellious and used to transgress.

Shame is pitched over them (Like a tent) wherever they are found, except when under a covenant (of protection) from Allah and from men; they draw on themselves wrath from Allah, and pitched over them is (the tent of) destitution. This because they rejected the Signs of Allah, and slew the prophets in defiance of right; this because they rebelled and transgressed beyond bounds.

আল্লাহর অনুকম্পা ও মানুষের আশ্রয় ছাড়া যেখানেই তারা অবস্থান করুক, সেখানেই তারা হয়েছে লাঞ্ছিত, তারা আল্লাহর গযবে পরিবেষ্টিত এবং তাদের উপর পতিত হয়েছে দারিদ্রের কশাঘাত। এটা এজন্য যে, তারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনসমূহ প্রত্যাখ্যান করত এবং নাবীগণকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করত, এটা এজন্য যে, তারা অবাধ্যতা এবং সীমালঙ্ঘন করত।

তারা যেখানেই থাকুক না কেন, তাদের উপর নির্ধারণ করে দেয়া হয়েছে লাঞ্ছনা, তবে আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে কোন প্রতিশ্রুতি এবং মানুষের পক্ষ থেকে প্রতিশ্রুতি থাকলে আলাদা কথা। আর তারা আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে গযব নিয়ে ফিরে এসেছে। আর তাদের উপর দারিদ্র্য নির্ধারণ করে দেয়া হয়েছে। তা এ কারণে যে, তারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে অস্বীকার করত এবং নবীদেরকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করত। তা এ জন্য যে, তারা নাফরমানী করেছে, আর তারা সীমালঙ্ঘন করত।

আল্লাহর নিকট আশ্রয় গ্রহণ এবং মনুষ্যগণের নিকট অত্মসমর্পণ ব্যতীত তারা যেখানেই অবস্থান করুক না কেন, লাঞ্ছনায় আক্রান্ত হয়েছে, আল্লাহর কোপে নিপতিত হয়েছে এবং গলগ্রহতা ওদের উপর চাপিয়ে দেয়া হয়েছে। এটা এ কারণে যে, তারা আল্লাহর নিদর্শনাবলীর প্রতি অবিশ্বাস করেছিল এবং নাবীগণকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করেছিল; যেহেতু তারা বিরুদ্ধাচরণ করেছিল ও সীমা অতিক্রম করেছিল।

আল্লাহ্‌র প্রতিশ্রুতি ও মানুষের প্রতিশ্রুতির বাইরে যেখানেই তাদেরকে পাওয়া গেছে সেখানেই তারা লাঞ্ছিত হয়েছে। আর তারা আল্লাহ্‌র ক্রোধের পাত্র হয়েছে এবং তাদের উপর দারিদ্র নির্ধারণ করে দেয়া হয়েছে। এটা এ জন্যে যে, তারা আল্লাহ্‌র আয়াতসমূহের সাথে কুফরী করত এবং অন্যায়ভাবে নবীগণকে হত্যা করত; তা এজন্য যে, তারা অবাধ্য হয়েছিল এবং সীমালংঘন করত।

আল্লাহর প্রতিশ্র“তি ও মানুষের প্রতিশ্র“তির বাইরে যেখানেই তাদের পাওয়া গেছে সেখানেই তারা লাঞ্ছিত। এবং তারা আল্লাহর ক্রোধে পতিত হয়েছে এবং তাদের ওপর দারিদ্রতা নিপতিত হয়েছে। এসব এজন্য যে, তারা আল্লাহর আয়াতকে অস্বীকার করেছে এবং নাবীদেরকে অন্যায়ভাবে হত্যা করেছে। আর এ কারণেও যে, তারা সীমালঙ্ঘন করেছে।

১১২. হীনতা ও লাঞ্ছনা সর্বদা ইহুদিদেরকেই বেষ্টন করবে ও তাদেরকে ঘিরে রাখবে। যেখানেই তারা থাকুক না কেন। তারা আল্লাহ কিংবা মানুষের পক্ষ থেকে দেয়া নিরাপত্তা বা চুক্তি ছাড়া কখনোই নিরাপদ নয়। তারা আল্লাহর রোষানল নিয়ে ঘরে ফিরেছে। উপরন্তু প্রয়োজন ও মুখাপেক্ষিতা তাদেরকে সর্বদা ঘিরেই রাখবে। এ সব এ জন্যই যে, তারা আল্লাহর আয়াতসমূহকে অস্বীকার করেছে এবং আল্লাহর নবীদেরকে তারা অত্যাচারবশত হত্যা করেছে। উপরন্তু তা আল্লাহর অবাধ্যতা এবং তাঁর নির্ধারিত সীমালঙ্ঘনের দরুন।
