আন-নিসা: 74

So let those fight in the cause of Allāh who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter. And he who fights in the cause of Allāh and is killed or achieves victory - We will bestow upon him a great reward.

Let those (believers) who sell the life of this world for the Hereafter fight in the Cause of Allah, and whoso fights in the Cause of Allah, and is killed or gets victory, We shall bestow on him a great reward.

So, those who sell the worldly life for the Hereafter should fight in the way of Allah. Whoever fights in the way of Allah, then gets killed or prevails, We shall give a great reward to him.

Let those who seek the life of the Next World in exchange for the life of this world fight in the way of Allah. We shall grant a mighty reward to whoever fights in the way of Allah, whether he is slain or comes out victorious.

Let those fight in the way of Allah who sell the life of this world for the other. Whoso fighteth in the way of Allah, be he slain or be he victorious, on him We shall bestow a vast reward.

Let those fight in the cause of Allah Who sell the life of this world for the hereafter. To him who fighteth in the cause of Allah,- whether he is slain or gets victory - Soon shall We give him a reward of great (value).

সুতরাং যারা আখেরাতের বিনিময়ে পার্থিব জীবন বিক্রয় করে তারা আল্লাহর পথে জিহাদ করুক এবং যে ব্যক্তি আল্লাহর পথে জিহাদ করবে, অতঃপর সে নিহত হোক অথবা বিজয়ী হোক, অচিরেই আমি তাকে মহা প্রতিফল দান করব।

সুতরাং যারা আখিরাতের বিনিময়ে দুনিয়ার জীবন বিক্রয় করে তারা যেন আল্লাহর রাস্তায় লড়াই করে। আর যে আল্লাহর রাস্তায় লড়াই করবে অতঃপর সে নিহত হোক কিংবা বিজয়ী, অচিরেই আমি তাকে দেব মহা পুরস্কার।

অতএব যারা দুনিয়ার বিনিময়ে আখিরাত ক্রয় করে তারা যেন আল্লাহর পথে সংগ্রাম করে; এবং যে আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করে, অতঃপর নিহত অথবা বিজয়ী হয়, তাহলে আমি তাকে মহান প্রতিদান প্রদান করব।

কাজেই যারা আখেরাতের বিনিময়ে পার্থিব জীবন বিক্রয় করে তারা আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করুক। আর কেউ আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করলে সে নিহত হোক বা বিজয়ী হোক আমরা তো তাকে মহাপুরস্কার প্রদান করব।

সুতরাং যারা আখিরাতের বিনিময়ে পার্থিব জীবন বিক্রয় করে তাদের আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করা উচিত। এবং কেউ আল্লাহর পথে যুদ্ধ করলে সে শহীদ হোক অথবা বিজয়ী হোক আমি তাকে মহাপুরস্কার দান করবই।

৭৪. তাই আল্লাহর পথে তাঁর বাণীকে সুউচ্চ করার জন্য সত্যবাদী মু’মিনরা যেন যুদ্ধ করে। যারা দুনিয়ার জীবনকে অনীহা ভরে বিক্রি করে দেয় আখিরাতের আশা নিয়ে। যে আল্লাহর পথে তাঁর বাণীকে সুউচ্চ করার জন্য যুদ্ধ করে শহীদ হয়ে যায় অথবা শত্রুর উপর জয়ী হয়ে তাকে গোলাম হিসেবে পেয়ে সার্থক হয় আল্লাহ তা‘আলা অচিরেই তাকে মহা সাওয়াব তথা জান্নাত ও তাঁর সন্তুষ্টি দিবেন।
