2 আল-বাকারা Al-Baqarah · 286 আয়াত البقرة
আরবি
فَمَنْ خَافَ مِن مُّوصٍ جَنَفًا أَوْ إِثْمًا فَأَصْلَحَ بَيْنَهُمْ فَلَآ إِثْمَ عَلَيْهِ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ غَفُورٌ رَّحِيمٌ
English Translations
But if one fears from the bequeather [some] error or sin and corrects that which is between them [i.e., the concerned parties], there is no sin upon him. Indeed, Allāh is Forgiving and Merciful.
But he who fears from a testator some unjust act or wrong-doing, and thereupon he makes peace between the parties concerned, there shall be no sin on him. Certainly, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
But, whoever apprehends a mistake (unintentional) or a sin (intentional) from a testator, and puts things right between them, then there is no sin on him. Surely, Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
He who suspects that the testator has committed an error or injustice and then brings about a settlement among the parties concerned incurs no sin. Surely Allah is Much-Forgiving, Most Compassionate.
But he who feareth from a testator some unjust or sinful clause, and maketh peace between the parties, (it shall be) no sin for him. Lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.
But if anyone fears partiality or wrong-doing on the part of the testator, and makes peace between (The parties concerned), there is no wrong in him: For Allah is Oft-forgiving, Most Merciful.
বাংলা অনুবাদ
যে ব্যক্তি ওয়াসীয়াতকারীর পক্ষ হতে পক্ষপাতিত্বের ভয় করে কিংবা অন্যায়ের আশঙ্কা করে, অতঃপর সে যদি তাদের মধ্যে মিটমাট করে দেয়, তবে তার কোনই গুনাহ নেই, নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ বড়ই ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
তবে কেউ যদি অসিয়তকারীর পক্ষ থেকে পক্ষপাতিত্ব ও পাপের আশঙ্কা করে, অতঃপর তাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করে দেয়, তাহলে তার কোন পাপ নেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, পরম দয়ালু।
অনন্তর যদি কেহ অসীয়াতকারীর পক্ষে পক্ষপাতিত্ব অথবা পাপের আশঙ্কা করে তাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করে দেয়, তাতে তার পাপ নেই; নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল, করুণাময়।
তবে যদি কেউ অসিয়াতকারীর পক্ষপাতিত্ব কিংবা পাপের আশংকা করে, অতঃপর তাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করে দেয়, তাহলে তার কোনো অপরাধ নেই। নিশ্চয় আল্লাহ্ ক্ষমাপরায়ণ, পরম দয়ালু।
আর যদি কেউ অসিয়তকারীর পক্ষে পক্ষপাতিত্ব বা পাপের আশঙ্কা করে। অতঃপর তাদের মধ্যে মীমাংসা করে দেয় তবে তার কোন গুনাহ নেই। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ ক্ষমাশীল করুণাময়।
১৮২. কেউ যদি অসীয়তকারীর মাঝে সত্যকে এড়িয়ে যাওয়া কিংবা কারো প্রতি যুলুম করার আশঙ্কা করে অতঃপর ব্যাপারটি সংশোধন করতঃ অসীয়ত নিয়ে দ্বনদ্বকারীদের মাঝে মীমাংসা করে দেয় তাতে কোন দোষ নেই। বরং সে এ সংশোধনের জন্য পুণ্যপ্রাপ্ত হবে। নিশ্চয়ই আল্লাহ তা‘আলা তাঁর বান্দাদের মধ্যকার তাওবাকারীদেরকে ক্ষমা ও তাদের প্রতি দয়া করেন।
