37 আস-সাফফাত As-Saffat · 182 আয়াত الصافات
আরবি
فَلَمَّآ أَسْلَمَا وَتَلَّهُۥ لِلْجَبِينِ
English Translations
And when they had both submitted and he put him down upon his forehead,
Then, when they had both submitted themselves (to the Will of Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (or on the side of his forehead for slaughtering);
So, (it was a great episode) when both of them submitted themselves (to Allah’s will), and he laid him on his forehead (to slaughter him),
When both surrendered (to Allah's command) and Abraham flung the son down on his forehead,
Then, when they had both surrendered (to Allah), and he had flung him down upon his face,
So when they had both submitted their wills (to Allah), and he had laid him prostrate on his forehead (for sacrifice),
বাংলা অনুবাদ
দু’জনেই যখন আনুগত্যে মাথা নুইয়ে দিল। আর ইবরাহীম তাকে উপুড় ক’রে শুইয়ে দিল।
অতঃপর তারা উভয়ে যখন আত্মসমর্পণ করল এবং সে তাকে* কাত করে শুইয়ে দিল * ইসমাঈলকে
যখন তারা উভয়ে আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করল এবং ইবরাহীম তার পুত্রকে কাত করে শায়িত করল –
অতঃপর যখন তারা উভয়ে আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করলেন এবং ইবরাহীম তার পুত্রকে উপুড় করে শায়িত করলেন,
অতঃপর যখন তারা উভয়ে আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করল এবং পিতা পুত্রকে কাত করে শোয়ালেন,
১০৩. যখন উভয়জন আল্লাহর উদ্দেশ্যে অবনমিত ও আনুগত্যশীল হলো এবং ইবরাহীম (আলাইহিস-সালাম) স্বীয় পুত্রকে যবাই করার নির্দেশ বাস্তবায়ন করার জন্য তাঁর চেহারার পার্শ্বদেশ ফিরালেন।

37:99
অতঃপর যখন তারা উভয়ে আনুগত্য প্রকাশ করলেন [১] এবং ইবরাহীম তার পুত্রকে উপুড় করে শায়িত করলেন,
[১] কাতাদাহ বলেন, যখন ইসমাঈল তার আত্মাকে আল্লাহর জন্য সোপর্দ করলেন, আর ইবরাহীম তার ছেলেকে আল্লাহর জন্য সমর্পন করলেন। [তাবারী।]
