أَتَدْعُونَ بَعْلًا وَتَذَرُونَ أَحْسَنَ ٱلْخَـٰلِقِينَ
English Translations
Do you call upon Baʿl and leave the best of creators -
"Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators,
Do you invoke Ba‘l, and ignore the Best of the creators,
Do you call upon Baal and forsake the Best of the Creators?
Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators,
"Will ye call upon Baal and forsake the Best of Creators,-

‘তোমরা কি বা‘য়ালকে ডাক, আর পরিত্যাগ কর সর্বোত্তম সৃষ্টিকারী
তোমরা কি ‘বা’ল’ কে* ডাকবে এবং পরিত্যাগ করবে সর্বোত্তম সৃষ্টিকর্তা- * بعل একটি দেবতার নাম, যার উপাসনা তারা করত।
তোমরা কি বা’লকে (দেবমূর্তি) ডাকবে এবং পরিত্যাগ করবে শ্রেষ্ঠ স্রষ্টা –
'তোমরা কি বা'আলকে ডাকবে এবং পরিত্যাগ করবে শ্রেষ্ঠ স্রষ্টা---
তোমরা কি বা‘আল দেবতার পূজা করবে আর সর্বশ্রেষ্ট সৃষ্টিকর্তাকে পরিত্যাগ করবে?
১২৫. তোমরা নিজেদের “বা’ল” নামক মূর্র্তির পূঁজা করো। আর সর্বাপেক্ষা সুন্দরতম স্রষ্টার ইবাদাত পরিহার করছো?!
